Was sous chef  for the four season's hotel Houston Texas  luxury internationnal 5 stars 5 diamond hotel 404 rooms, 110 luxury apartments five food outlets 17.000 sq feet of banqueting space

 

He oversee all F&B operations for the deville restaurant in charge of a team of 45

The deville restaurant received numerous accolades including ZAGAT and wine spectator award he worked withTim keating.

 

Was Pastry chef for Jean-Luc Rabanel 2 stars Michelin

 

Was executive sous chef at Campagne et gourmandises Biarritz France executive chef André Gauzere 1 star Michelin
